About the Role
The brand is seeking a leader who can Think Bold and Think Big. Your ideas will shape the voice of the company and make waves across the beauty industry. You will act as the primary custodian of the brand's visual identity, ensuring that every piece of content - from high-production shoots to social media creatives - feels premium, distinct, and relatable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Guardianship: Own and enforce brand guidelines across all creative outputs (photo, video, packaging, digital, etc.).
- Creative Direction: Oversee photo & video shoots, ensuring everything - from lighting to styling - feels unmistakably on-brand.
- Partner Management: Work with photographers, videographers, agencies, and stylists to execute high-quality creative assets.
- Casting & Talent: Lead model selection and casting by collaborating with agencies.
- Quality Control: Approve all social media creatives, website assets, and brand materials to maintain consistency.
- Narrative Alignment: Work closely with the content team to ensure storytelling aligns with brand positioning.
- Trend Forecasting: Stay on top of design trends and competitors to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Who You Are
- Experience: 5+ years of experience specifically in beauty, fashion, or luxury consumer brands.
- Aesthetic Eye: You have a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and storytelling—you know exactly what looks premium vs. what looks average.
- Production Savvy: Experience working with agencies, photographers, and videographers to bring creative campaigns to life.
- Brand Custodian: Ability to uphold and evolve brand guidelines while maintaining consistency across channels.
- Project Lead: Strong project management skills - you are able to juggle multiple creative projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
