About the Brand

Backed by one of India’s premier VC funds, the brand is a new-age, premium, professional haircare company building a global legacy. Their products are specifically formulated and tested for Indian hair, weather, and habits, utilizing the best actives from across the globe.

About the Role

This is a foundational position. The brand is looking for a custodian of their brand expression and the voice of their digital presence. You will not just manage the brand; you will be the brand—shaping campaigns, community growth, and product narratives that earn loyalty from modern Indian consumers.

The role demands a hybrid operator who can seamlessly switch between High-Level Brand Strategy (Art direction, shoots, identity) and Social Execution (Content calendars, community engagement, and storytelling).

Key Responsibilities:

The Brand Charter (Visual & Identity)

  • Brand Guardianship: Define and enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints to ensure consistency and elevation.
  • Creative Production: Oversee all creative production across photo, video, packaging, and digital assets. You will lead art direction for shoots and manage photographers, videographers, stylists, and production partners.
  • Casting & Aesthetics: Scout and cast models and creative talent that perfectly match the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Trend Watch: Keep the brand culturally sharp by tracking category, fashion, design, and content trends.

The Social Charter (Content & Community)

  • Social Command: Own the complete social media strategy and execution across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels.
  • Content Engine: Plan content calendars, trend-led ideas, and storytelling formats. You will guide designers, creators, and editors to bring these concepts to life.
  • Community Building: Build and engage a growing community by actively responding to comments, DMs, reviews, and UGC.
  • Creator Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers and creators to grow reach and credibility.
  • Performance: Track performance, derive insights, and adjust content direction for stronger engagement and conversion.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 4–7 years of experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, or consumer brands where you shaped both brand voice and content output.
  • Aesthetic Instinct: A sharp eye for aesthetics and strong instincts for what feels premium, modern, and culturally relevant.
  • Social Native: Experience running social channels with high engagement and clear brand consistency. You know how to translate brand strategy into content that feels fresh.
  • Project Manager: Strong ability to run parallel shoots, content calendars, and creative development cycles without dropping the ball.
  • Camera Ready: You are confident on camera or comfortable being the face of selective content pieces. (A personal following is a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Collaborator: Comfort managing creators, agencies, photographers, and production teams.
