Overview:

A real estate consulting firm is seeking a Bengaluru-based branding agency to lead the end-to-end branding for launch of a marquee residential project by one of their leading developer clients in Bengaluru. The scope covers Pre-launch, Teaser, and Launch branding for a flagship property scheduled to launch in June. There is strong potential for a long-term engagement, with up to two additional property launches planned in Bengaluru later this year.

Brief Requirements:

1. Strategy & Conceptual Foundation

  • Brand Narrative: The "NY Live" story - specifically how 180° ventilation and T2 views create a "global citizen" lifestyle.
  • Mood Boards: The visual intersection of Manhattan luxury and client project’s specific architecture.
  • Brand Persona: Defined traits
  • The "Big Idea": The core concept that justifies the premium 90 Lakhs to ₹1.6 Cr price point.

2. The Logo & Teaser Identity

  • The Hidden Logo: Full primary and secondary logo system (kept under NDA).
  • The "Teaser" Mark: A minimalist, mysterious symbol used during the "Blind" phase to represent the project without naming it.

3. Pre-launch & Teaser Campaign (Digital & Offline)

  • Teaser Video Series: 3–5 short (10-sec) "Glitch" or "Glimpse" videos focusing on T2 lights at night and the feeling of wind (180° ventilation).
  • "Blind" Social Media Grid: A 9-post Instagram grid design that uses abstract imagery and location teasers without the project name.
  • Countdown Timers: Digital assets for a 15-day countdown to the reveal.
  • Teaser Hoardings: Physical site signage that says "Something Global is Landing" or "The View is Opening Up," focusing purely on the T2 vantage point.

4. Project Launch Kit (The Reveal)

  • Digital Launch Assets: * High-Conversion Landing Page: Optimized for lead gen with integrated walk-through videos.
  • The "Reveal" Film: A 60-second cinematic brand film transitioning from the teaser mystery to the full Project identity.
  • Offline Launch Assets: * Main Project Brochure: 30+ page premium "Coffee Table" book with high-GSM paper and specialty finishes (foiling/embossing).
  • Mini Brochure: A sleek, 4-page gatefold for quick high-level distribution.
  • Location & Connectivity Guide: A detailed map highlighting the T2 proximity and "180°" benefits.

5. Channel Partner (CP) Collaterals

  • CP Presentation Deck: A data-heavy but high-design deck explaining the ROI, T2 growth, and inventory details.
  • CP "Sales in a Box": A digital folder containing pre-written WhatsApp messages, social posts, and "Coming Soon" flyers for their personal networks.
  • Event Invitations: Premium physical/digital invites for the "CP Meet" or "Broker Preview" night.

6. Final Delivery & Guidelines

  • The Brand Book: Complete rules for the "Stealth" vs. "Live" phases.
  • Source Files & Rights: Full ownership of $Adobe$ $Illustrator$ (.ai) and $InDesign$ (.indd) files.
  • Print Specs: Exact instructions for the brochures to ensure they feel like ₹1.6 Cr luxury.
Agency Requirements:
  • The agency must be based in Bengaluru.
  • The agency must have relevant branding experience for real estate clients in the local Bengaluru market.
