About the Role
Join the marketing team as a Creative Strategist to conceptualize, strategize, and execute high-performing ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities
Brainstorm and conceptualize impactful ad campaigns tailored to target audiences and performance objectives.Utilize audience insights to develop user-centric advertising strategies.Oversee the execution of creative concepts, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.Identify and strategically integrate emerging platform trends (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) while maintaining brand consistency.Collaborate effectively with the ad creatives team based on briefs, executing ideas autonomously.
Who You Are
Possess a minimum of 2 years experience specifically with Facebook or YouTube advertising (media buying or content strategy).Have a strong creative portfolio demonstrating innovative, performance-driven digital ad campaigns.Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating creative strategies.Demonstrate familiarity with performance marketing metrics (e.g., CTR, ROAS, CPA) and a passion for storytelling and understanding audience behavior.
