As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will spearhead our performance marketing initiatives, ensuring all campaigns meet ROI targets while staying aligned with the brand’s identity. You will play a key role in conversion rate optimization, SEO strategies, and crafting creative ad strategies to drive acquisition and retention. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data, innovation, and results.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google Ads).
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure campaigns meet or exceed ROI targets.
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to drive performance improvements.
- Develop strategies for scaling ad campaigns efficiently.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Analyze website and landing page performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
- Create and implement A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates.
- Work closely with the design and development teams to optimize the user experience.
- Scout and integrate tools that help cross-sell, upsell and feed back into the marketing loop.
Creative Ad Strategy
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop compelling ad creatives and copy.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to incorporate new ideas into ad campaigns.
- Ensure ad creatives are optimized for all stages of the funnel.
Email, WhatsApp, and Retention Marketing
- Develop and execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and repeat purchases.
- Create and optimize automated workflows, such as welcome series, cart abandonment, and post-purchase sequences.
- Leverage segmentation and personalization to enhance customer experiences and drive higher engagement rates.
- Monitor key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV) to measure the effectiveness of retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the customer support and product teams to implement feedback loops that improve retention and loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to provide regular reports on campaign performance.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Experience Required: 2+ years in performance marketing with experience in CRO, SEO, and ad creative strategy
