Refer & Earn!Position Overview: The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and support the sales pipeline. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in demand generation within the software industry, particularly in B2B environments.
Key Responsibilities:
● Strategy Development: Create and implement demand generation strategies that align with overall marketing goals and support the sales team's objectives.
● Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, social media, PPC, SEO, and more.
● Lead Generation: Develop and manage programs to generate and nurture leads through digital channels, events, and other marketing initiatives.
● Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on ROI and make data-driven decisions. Use tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to create compelling messaging and content that drives engagement and conversions.
● Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
● Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and strategies.
● ABM (Account-Based Marketing): Implement and manage ABM strategies to target high-value accounts and support account-based sales efforts.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor,s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
● 8-9 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within the software industry.
● Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho).
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
● Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects & teams simultaneously.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Experience with ABM strategies and tactics is a plus.
● Knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, and content marketing best practices.
Preferred Skills:
● Experience in the B2B software or technology sector.
● Familiarity with content creation, including blogs, white papers, case studies, and webinars.
● Understanding of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
● Creative and innovative thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable marketing strategies.
