This is a full-time on-site role for Deputy CEO role based in Mumbai, and will likely lead to a pathway for a CEO position. The D-CEO will be responsible for growing the brand’s global growth, managing teams, and overseeing the running of the company across functions (marketing, ops, tech) activities on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - this is a high EQ role in its very foundation.
• Between 10 to 18 years of work experience, with at least 5 in managing teams.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, experience in managing a P/L
• Passion for running a people-oriented business, sales flow and marketing
• Proven management and problem solving skills
• Native level fluency in oral and written English.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant fields
