Position overview :
In this individual contributor (IC) role, the individual will need to develop persuasive value propositions, build cohesive go-to-market (GTM) plans to drive growth, and work cross-functionally to ensure success in their marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Plans
- Develop and implement 360° marketing plans for new product (course) launches, leveraging various channels including Performance, CRM, SEO, Social & Communities, Influencers, Radio, OOH, Print, Flyers, etc.
- Collaborate with Category, Product, Academic, and internal Marketing teams to align GTM strategies with business objectives and user needs
- Experiment with creative ideas to generate organic traffic and deliver high-quality leads
Value Proposition Development
- Create and articulate clear, compelling value propositions for their courses and offerings
- Work closely with Category, Product, and Users to understand product features and benefits, and translate them into customer-centric messaging
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Drive communication and alignment with relevant stakeholders on marketing plans and timelines
Campaign Management and Performance Tracking
- Monitor business trends and adapt campaigns based on sales fluctuations
- Track and analyze campaign metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Market Understanding
- Develop a strong understanding of user needs, preferences, and behaviors
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategy and enhance marketing effectiveness
- Stay abreast of competitors' offerings and marketing tactics

- Proven track record of building GTM plans and scaling user bases through multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to use insights to shape marketing strategies

Qualifications:
- MBA with 6-8 years of experience in marketing consumer brands
- Hands-on experience building activations across digital and offline channels
