About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Brand & Marketing Designer to join our small but mighty creative team. You’ll shape how the world sees, feels, and remembers our brand - across every touchpoint. You’ll bring visual storytelling to life, sharpen narratives, and turn abstract ideas into design systems that scale across campaigns, screens, and cultures. This role sits at the intersection of brand and business: part visionary, part builder, always clear.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion the brand - evolve its visual language and ensure coherence across digital, social, experiential, and product marketing channels.
  • Design and lead multi-platform marketing campaigns - from ideation to execution - across product launches, thought leadership, videos, events, and more.
  • Collaborate with founders, engineers, and marketers to tell crisp, clear stories that reflect values and vision.
  • Take ownership of key brand projects including website design, social creative, motion graphics, and content marketing assets.
  • Inspire and guide external agencies, freelancers, and partners - always with an eye on clarity and integrity.
  • Keep your ear to the ground on culture, design trends, and tech - and bring fresh inspiration into the brand.
  • Contribute to the evolution of design systems and drive cross-functional design rituals that promote creative excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • A sharp, versatile design portfolio showing both concept and craft across campaigns, storytelling, and digital assets.
  • 4+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or content design - preferably in high-growth tech or creative environments.
  • Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion, code, or AI tools are a bonus.
  • Proven ability to pitch ideas, present confidently, and guide stakeholders toward great creative outcomes.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas and work independently with structured thinking.
  • Collaborative mindset - able to work seamlessly with marketers, engineers, and founders.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and speed - shipping quickly with care.
