A D2C sustainable household brand in the garbage bags and food storage solutions category is looking for a Content & Paid Ads Agency to scale its newly launched website and Instagram presence.

- Generates additional traffic from marketplaces such as Flipkart and Amazon
- Has recently launched its own D2C website and Instagram to build a direct relationship with customers

- Operates in an unexplored D2C product category with significant growth potential
- Low SKU count, simplifying consumer choice and operations
- Addresses a large and scalable market opportunity
Targets:
- Achieve INR 1 lakh in daily sales and grow it to 5-7 lakhs by this year end
Challenges:
- Category is a staple commodity (e.g., garbage bags), requiring a differentiated positioning to stand out
- Needs a strong, creative content strategy that clearly communicates sustainability and brand values
- Requires clarity on achievable order volumes and ROI from paid ads
Brief Requirements:
Create a Content Strategy + Paid Ads plan that should include:
- Content strategy designed to distinguish the brand within a commodity-driven category
- Paid ads roadmap with suggestive platforms (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.)
- Creative direction and execution plan for content production
- Minimum guarantee projections from ad spends
- Suggested budgets with phased scaling
Agency Requirements:
- Must have proven expertise in content strategy and content creation for consumer brands, with ability to differentiate in commoditized categories
- Preference for agencies based out of Mumbai
- Ability to manage both strategy and execution of content + managing ads
- Compensation model: Fixed + incentive-based, with proposals required to present budget allocations
