Overview:

A fast-growing Indian health and pain management brand is looking for a digital marketing agency to scale its digital presence and e-commerce sales. The brand designs clinically validated products for pain management and rehabilitation, blending science, comfort, and design to fit the Indian lifestyle. The partner agency will help drive awareness, engagement, and measurable growth across Meta, Amazon, and YouTube - building both brand equity and revenue.

Brief Requirements:
1) Social Media Management:

Meta (Instagram + Facebook)

  • Content ideation/strategy, scriptwriting
  • Brand will give access to some physios/orthos and so part of the production / shoot can be managed in Bengaluru
  • Design multi-language, science-based “edu-tainment” content highlighting patient stories and premium product storytelling
  • Manage posting schedules, Influencer collaborations, and analytics-based optimization

YouTube

  • Reformat and upload all Instagram content with YouTube-first SEO titles, thumbnails, and descriptions
  • Create playlists (e.g., Patient Stories, Product Science, Doctor Conversations, Pain Education)
  • Drive channel growth through cross-posting, collaborations, and performance tracking
2) Performance Marketing:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and Amazon
  • Manage budgets, measure CAC/LTV, and continuously improve ROI
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives and landing pages to increase conversions
  • On Amazon -
  1. Develop high-conversion A+ content, banners, and ad creatives
  2. Run and optimize sponsored ad campaigns (PPC, display, keyword targeting)
  3. Collaborate with Lumov team on keyword strategy, pricing, and promotions
  4. Track sales, CTR, and ROI metrics; provide data-driven insights weekly
  5. We have a AMZ Manager in-house who will work with the team
Broad Expected Outcomes (First 3–4 Months):
  • Instagram - 8K followers, 5%+ engagement
  • Facebook - 25K reach per week (50+ audience)
  • Amazon - ₹10L/month sales
  • YouTube - 5K subscribers, consistent upload schedule
Agency Requirements:
  • Proven experience with D2C health, wellness, or premium consumer brands
  • Strong creative and performance capabilities across content, design, and analytics
  • Ability to conceptualize and produce high-quality, science-backed content in collaboration with in-house experts
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Advertising Console, and YouTube analytics
  • Open to close coordination with the brand’s internal teams; content production support available in Bengaluru

Engagement Type: 3-month pilot, extendable based on performance
