The brand is building the most trusted quick commerce platform for parents, delivering everything kids need in minutes. Currently in the 0→1 phase and backed by a leading VC, they are assembling a mission-driven team to build a category-defining product.
The founding team brings top-tier pedigree (ex-BCG, Urban Company, OYO, Amazon) and is looking for a brand leader to work in close collaboration with them.
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (Mon-Fri) | Saturdays Work From Home
About the Role
This is a high-velocity role for a Growth Generalist who thrives in chaos. The brand is looking to scale the business 10x in the next 6 months and demonstrate PMF in their first market.
Crucial Note: This is not a strategy-only role. The brand needs a "doer" who can think sharply but is equally willing to get their hands dirty to solve real problems. You will act as a Swiss Army Knife for the founders, seamlessly stepping into any initiative critical to growth - whether that's standing on the street for offline acquisition or sitting behind a screen crunching retention data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Unlocking Growth: Pick up and execute important projects required to unlock the next leg of growth. This ranges from driving offline activations for user acquisition to deep diving into data to find retention levers.
- Process Redesign: scrutinize and redesign critical flows—such as the customer support process—to drastically improve the customer experience and stickiness.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Collaborate across multiple teams (Category, Brand, Product, Operations) to ensure coherence and swift execution of critical projects. You will be the glue that ensures strategy translates into action.
- PMF Discovery: Run rapid experiments to validate hypotheses, helping the brand demonstrate Product-Market Fit in its first market within the next 6 months.
Who You Are
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Management Consulting or High-Growth Startups. You have worked across product, user growth, customer experience, or sales.
- Execution First: You are not an "armchair strategist." You are willing to do the grunt work required to get things moving.
- High Agency: You are a self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to do next. You see a problem, and you get cracking to solve it.
- Analytical & Sharp: You have the ability to think sharply, analyze data deeply, and execute at a fast pace
