What You'll Do
This is a high-trust, high-impact role. You’ll work directly with the founders to accelerate growth across key functions, including:

• Partnerships & Outreach: Support outreach to experts, agencies, and hiring partners; ideate and execute on strategic growth partnerships. ‍
• Talent Discovery: Help surface great marketing talent — source experts, review profiles, and assist in matching to client needs.‍
• Product Growth: Help shape messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market materials for new features, tools, and drops. Grow into owning product metrics
• ‍Content & Social: Create witty, smart content across social media, emailers & Linkedin‍
• Ops & Growth Experiments: Be the first to test new features, run acquisition experiments, and bring feedback into product discussions.

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Are a sharp generalist with 1–4 years of experience in content, growth, marketing, or partnerships; strong preference for experience at funded startups or premium agencies
• Are curious about the future of work, marketplaces, and the creator economy
• Can write clearly and think strategically
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching — you enjoy being in build mode
