Overview:
A D2C personal care brand launched a year ago has established a presence across major online marketplaces and is seeking to optimise its performance, visibility, and return on ad spend (ROAS) primarily on FirstCry & Myntra through partnering with a fractional marketplace management expert. The focus is on improving TACoS, maximising efficiency, and scaling sales in a sustainable manner.
Brief Requirements:
- Marketplace account management and optimisation
- Catalogue management and SEO (content, imagery, keywords)
- Campaign planning and execution (AMS, sponsored ads, display, etc.)
- Regular reporting on key KPIs such as TACoS, ROAS, and platform-wise performance
- Identification of growth opportunities and category insights
- Competitor benchmarking and marketplace strategy recommendations
- Support with creatives wherever needed
Key Platforms:
The selected agency will be responsible for full-funnel marketplace management and performance marketing across key platforms:
- Primary Platforms: FirstCry, Myntra, Amazon
- Secondary Platforms: Flipkart, Blinkit
Current Spends:
On Amazon: 3-4L/month
Agency Requirements:
- Proven experience managing BPC (Beauty & Personal Care) brands - specifically within the kids’ and children/teens’ category
- Demonstrated success on FirstCry & Myntra (Amazon/Flipkart/Blinkit experience will be considered an advantage)
- Case studies or performance data showcasing TACoS improvement and ROAS achievements for comparable brands
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with actionable insights
