About the Company
We’re hiring for a fast-growing, Series-A funded deep tech startup building autonomous robotic solutions for everyday consumer use. Their flagship product has already generated $2M+ in U.S. pre-orders, and they’re now scaling toward $10M in the next phase of growth.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact leadership role driving GTM execution, growth marketing, and pre-order scale. You’ll work directly with the founding team to build and lead all things marketing—from content to performance to brand. If you’re analytical, creative, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Marketing:
- Lead top-of-funnel growth via structured content experimentation
- Find content–channel fit through continuous iteration
- Increase virality probability through data-backed creative testing
2. Performance Marketing:
- Own and scale paid acquisition via Meta and Google Ads
- Test and optimize across copy, creatives, targeting, and landing pages
- Analyze cohort data to drive spend decisions with clarity
3. Brand & Other Channels:
- Manage influencer campaigns and offline activations
- Guide brand voice and positioning with strong storytelling instincts
4. Team Leadership:
- Manage content writers, designers, and video producers
- Set pace, culture, and execution standards

- Passionate about food, tech, and storytelling
- Proven experience in 0→1 early-stage startup environments
- Strong design sensibility and brand instincts
- Analytical mindset with a bias toward action
- Self-starter who leads without waiting for permission
