Job Summary:

As the Growth Lead, you will be at the forefront of the online sales channels and will be managing e-commerce operations, creating online sales campaigns, and optimizing customer experiences. This role is a P&L management role for the individual sales channels like Shopify and all other online marketplaces where the brand is listed and where they will be listed. With 6+ years of experience in the D2C e-commerce space, you will build & lead a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve online sales targets and enhance customer engagement. Define clear objectives, provide direction, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work from the team and from agency partners
  • Marketplace Management: Build, manage and improve listings and sales on Indian & global marketplaces such as Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, Amazon etc.
  • Website Management: Oversee daily operations of the brand's website, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience. Use data to optimise campaigns and improve KPIs
  • Digital Marketing: Work with the team to improve performance marketing, run email & whatsapp marketing campaigns. Ensure participation in all marketplace sales/events etc. and work closely with them to run Product Listing Ads (PLA) profitably to scale growth on marketplaces
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze website and marketplace performance, sales data, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate with the production/factory team for optimal inventory levels and product availability across channels
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience through best practices in UX/UI and personalized interactions
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with payment gateways, logistics providers, digital marketing agencies etc.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 6+ years of growth/sales/e-commerce experience, preferably in the apparel industry
  • Proven track record of driving online sales and improving customer experiences
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Excellent knowledge of e-commerce platforms and their operations
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
