About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Growth Marketer to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our AI-powered video creation platform. You will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel growth strategies, collaborating with creators, optimizing ad campaigns, and leveraging automation tools to scale growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creator Collaborations & Content Partnerships

  • Identify and collaborate with micro to mid-tier content creators for sponsored content and product video guides.
  • Build UGC (User-Generated Content) partnerships to drive brand awareness and credibility.
  • Work with content creators to produce top-of-the-funnel short-form content showcasing product capabilities.
  • Secure link insertions in existing high-authority content to improve discoverability and SEO.

2. Performance Marketing & Paid Ads

  • Launch and optimize Google Search, YouTube, and social media ads to drive conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Ahrefs and Semrush to optimize campaign efficiency.
  • Retarget users via YouTube ads who engaged with previous content but didn't convert.
  • Utilize UGC-based video ads for performance marketing campaigns.

3. Content Marketing & SEO

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including niche articles, how-to guides, and listicles.
  • Optimize blog and landing page content for search rankings and organic traffic growth.
  • Publish thought leadership content across Medium, LinkedIn, and company blogs.

4. Growth Automation & Lead Generation

  • Leverage tools like Phantombuster and Lemlist for automated lead generation and outreach.
  • Build multi-channel campaigns (email & LinkedIn) to nurture leads and convert them into users.
  • Implement email marketing workflows with follow-ups and personalized engagement strategies.

5. Data-Driven Growth & Experimentation

  • Continuously analyze user behavior, marketing performance, and conversion rates to optimize strategies.
  • A/B test different messaging, creatives, and funnels to improve acquisition efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

6. Community & Brand Engagement

  • Engage with online communities, forums, and groups to drive organic discussions and brand advocacy.
  • Develop referral programs and incentive-based growth campaigns.
  • Experiment with viral loops, waitlists, and ambassador programs to drive word-of-mouth growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record in scaling SaaS, AI, or video-based products.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, and social media growth.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, lead gen, and analytics tools (Google Ads, Ahrefs, Semrush, Lemlist, Phantombuster, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling and messaging skills.
