Role Overview:


The Growth Associate will be responsible for spearheading brand's D2C growth initiatives across key digital platforms. This role requires a strong strategic mindset and hands-on management of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM tools. The ideal candidate will be given full autonomy to manage these channels, with a focus on driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategize and Execute Ad Campaigns:

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Ideate ad concepts, write ad copies, and provide inputs to the Social Media Manager for creative development.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Website CRM Management:

  • Design and implement CRM strategies using tools like WebEngage or MoEngage to enhance customer engagement, retention, and conversion.
  • Develop workflows, set up automated campaigns, and analyze customer data to optimize messaging and targeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM strategies are aligned with overall growth objectives.

End-to-End Platform Ownership:

  • Assume full ownership of all digital revenue-generating platforms, managing the process from ideation to execution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., content, design) to ensure timely and high-quality creative output.
  • Track KPIs, generate reports, and present insights to the management team to drive data-backed decision-making.

Key Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth, paid advertising, and CRM for D2C brands.
  • Proven expertise in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a track record of driving ROI-positive campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of writing compelling ad copies and coordinating with creative teams.
  • Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
