About the Role
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for the first GTM hire, focused on driving pipeline growth and building awareness for the company's innovative platform. There is a clear path for this role to transition into a Marketing Director position, leading a team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation and execution of the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, focusing on high-value accounts and enterprise clients through multichannel campaigns. Plan and execute B2B events and sponsorships to engage target audiences and position the company as a thought leader. Develop tailored content (emails, web pages, datasheets, presentations, whitepapers, case studies, etc.) for different stages of the buyer's journey and engage on platforms like LinkedIn. Serve as the primary copywriting expert for digital assets, applying investment research expertise and SEO principles. Manage end-to-end product marketing launches, direct agency partners, and optimize paid acquisition and SEO strategies for lead generation. Establish and track KPIs for ABM campaign performance, reporting on metrics like account engagement, pipeline velocity, and revenue impact.
Who You Are
4+ years of experience as a Growth Lead at a Seed/Series-A startup with a track record of scaling revenue ($1-$10M or $10-$100M). Expertise in account-based marketing, content marketing in B2B SaaS/tech, managing paid acquisition campaigns, and optimizing SEO. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing performance, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with AI, financial technology, or related industries is a strong advantage
