Role:
  • Break dependence on paid media
  • Build an organic, influencer-native growth engine
  • Turn product-science into culture
  • Create brand recall that outlives campaigns
  • Build distribution through content and not discounts
What you will own:

1. Organic > Paid (Non-Negotiable):

  • Daily high-velocity content across social platforms
  • Repeatable formats that travel without spend
  • Upper-funnel demand that lowers CAC by default

2. Influencers as infrastructure:

  • Build long-term creator ecosystems:
  • Turn influencers into distribution nodes
  • Design UGC flywheels that compound
  • Hands-on with content, dashboards, and experiments
  • Ship daily, kill fast, double down faster
  • Translate clinical proof into viral, credible storytelling

3. Own CAC, LTV, CMII, retention, and margins:

  • Drive marketplace and D2C storytelling efficiency

4. Team & Culture:

  • Build a lean, elite marketing org
Candidate Fit Requirements:
  • Have 8+ years of global or high-bar brand experience in D2C personal care
  • Believe India’s consumer market is under-priced
  • Open to marketers with global personal care experience wanting to shift to the Indian market
