Overview:
A fast-growing personal care brand is seeking influencer marketing partners to activate a large-scale campaign of 2000 influencers around one of their flagship haircare products. The campaign focuses on partnering with mid-tier influencers (10K–100K followers) who can create authentic, high-quality reels.
Budget:
INR 8-9K per reel
Agency Requirement:
The brand is looking for agencies that can:
- Curate and recommend credible influencers in the 10K–100K range with a minimum 3% engagement rate
- Prioritize influencers based in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, and Chennai
- Avoid Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) with inflated pricing or low engagement, and nano creators lacking brand relevance
- Conduct quality and storytelling checks on influencers before recommending, including review of their last 10 reels
Brief Requirement:
Agencies should ensure shortlisted influencers can:
- Contribute to Share of Voice (SoV) – Aim for at least 50% SoV in beauty and haircare content (e.g., if an influencer posts 10 reels a month, 5 should be in beauty/haircare).
- Maintain Content Originality – Influencers must have a distinct voice, authentic presence in skincare/haircare, and strong product understanding.
- Deliver Reel-Level Quality – Ensure reels have high-quality visuals, editing, and storytelling aligned with the brand’s natural yet scientifically validated positioning.
Collab Access:
Most reels will be non-collab, but collab access may be considered for top-performing influencers delivering strong engagement
