We’re seeking a hands-on Global Brand & Communication Design Head at a fast-growing lifestyle brand. This role is pivotal in shaping how the brand is experienced across Indian and international markets (including Southeast Asia and the Middle East).
As the Global Lead, you will define creative direction and scale four high-impact verticals at the intersection of fashion, technology, and lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead and collaborate across the following four global verticals:
- Branding & Packaging Design - Build and evolve global design systems and guidelines and lead innovation in sustainable, aesthetic packaging for products and accessories
- Visual Merchandising Design - Shape in-store experiences for both retail and partner formats and deliver globally aligned VM concepts that adapt to local contexts
- Fashion-forward Collections & Campaigns - Lead storytelling for seasonal collections and key launches and merge global fashion cues with local insights for relevant narratives
- 3D Production - Oversee photorealistic 3D visualizations for launches and digital campaigns and champion the use of cutting-edge 3D tools for speed and scalability
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in branding, design, or fashion communication, with leadership exposure
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand storytelling, campaigns, and visual systems
- Ability to translate fashion and cultural trends into high-impact design
- Familiarity with 3D design tools and digital production workflows
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
