Role Overview

This is a hands-on role focused on driving predictable, compounding traffic through scalable organic systems. The ideal candidate will lead strategy and execution—writing, optimizing, publishing, and iterating across search and AI-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own organic demand strategy focused on user acquisition
  • Drive visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other search surfaces
  • Lead programmatic SEO and landing page development
  • Launch content tools and templates with product/design
  • Oversee technical SEO, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
  • Build scalable content publishing systems
  • Manage backlinking, content distribution, and early PR efforts

Requirements

  • 6–10 years in SEO or organic growth roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Proven success with programmatic SEO or content-led acquisition
  • Strong technical SEO, AEO, and analytics expertise
  • Skilled in tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Looker, Screaming Frog
  • Comfortable collaborating across product, content, design, and engineering

Bonus Points

  • Experience with open-source or developer-focused products
  • Track record of building traffic-generating tools or templates
  • Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Python)
