Role Overview
This is a hands-on role focused on driving predictable, compounding traffic through scalable organic systems. The ideal candidate will lead strategy and execution—writing, optimizing, publishing, and iterating across search and AI-driven platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own organic demand strategy focused on user acquisition
- Drive visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other search surfaces
- Lead programmatic SEO and landing page development
- Launch content tools and templates with product/design
- Oversee technical SEO, structured data, and Core Web Vitals
- Build scalable content publishing systems
- Manage backlinking, content distribution, and early PR efforts
Requirements
- 6–10 years in SEO or organic growth roles, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Proven success with programmatic SEO or content-led acquisition
- Strong technical SEO, AEO, and analytics expertise
- Skilled in tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, Looker, Screaming Frog
- Comfortable collaborating across product, content, design, and engineering
Bonus Points
- Experience with open-source or developer-focused products
- Track record of building traffic-generating tools or templates
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Python)
