The Marketing Lead will oversee all marketing initiatives, developing and implementing strategies that elevate brand positioning, drive customer acquisition and retention, and support the transition into a unified wellness destination. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead a team of marketing specialists across digital, content, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with business goals.
- Create targeted campaigns for new location launches and membership drives.
- Oversee budget allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
- Align marketing strategies with overall business direction in collaboration with leadership.
- Lead go-to-market strategies as the brand expands across new locations in FY 26 & 27.
Digital Marketing, ATL & BTL
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms.
- Optimize the customer journey from brand awareness to conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Stay ahead of marketing trends and implement innovative strategies.
Brand & Content Direction
- Ensure a consistent brand expression across all customer touchpoints.
- Lead the creative direction of campaigns in collaboration with the design team.
- Develop compelling content strategies highlighting the brand’s integrated beauty and wellness approach.
- Build thought leadership by managing the personal branding of leadership executives.
- Work closely with PR agencies to enhance brand positioning and media presence.
Community Building & Engagement
- Develop strategies to strengthen engagement within the existing customer base.
- Create personalized marketing initiatives based on customer data.
- Design loyalty programs that encourage cross-utilization of salon and clinic services.
- Build partnerships with influencers and brand-aligned collaborators.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing specialists.
- Foster a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and excellence.
- Work cross-functionally with Operations, Call Center, Business, and Guest Relations teams.
- Establish KPIs and accountability for all marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- 6-8+ years of progressive marketing experience.
- Proven experience in the beauty, wellness, or premium lifestyle industry.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, particularly with Meta and Google platforms.
- Ability to build and execute marketing strategies that drive growth.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Experience in a DTC beauty or wellness startup/established firm.
- Agency experience in strategy or creative roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Deep understanding of the Indian beauty and wellness landscape.

Additional Information
- Location: In-office role based in Bangalore (Koramangala HQ).
