We are looking for a visionary Senior Brand Strategist to lead the charge in defining, developing, and executing a brand strategy that positions the brand as a leader in the fintech space. This role demands a strong strategic mind, an ability to collaborate across departments, and a proactive approach to driving brand growth and influence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a long-term vision for the brand, aligning it with the company’s strategic goals and market opportunities.
Oversee multi-channel brand governance, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all communications, PR efforts, and customer-facing materials.
Thought Leadership:
Drive industry recognition by producing white papers, participating in conferences, and forging strategic partnerships with financial influencers and institutions.
Customer Insights and Market Research:
Conduct in-depth market research and gather customer insights to refine the brand’s messaging and guide product development decisions.
Performance Metrics and Optimization:
Establish and track key performance indicators for brand awareness and recall, continuously refining strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
Extensive Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand strategy, branding campaigns, and communications in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Demonstrated ability to increase brand recognition and recall through innovative and strategic initiatives.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Skills:
Proven experience working across multiple teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-departmental projects.
Analytical Expertise:
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable branding strategies.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable.
