Role and Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Communication: Collaborate with creative teams (designers, copywriters, digital agencies) to develop clear, consistent, and data-backed communication assets aligned with brand objectives.
  • GTM Strategy for New Launches: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches, focusing on market research, positioning, pricing, and multi-channel distribution to ensure successful entry and growth in target markets.
  • Social Media & Content Marketing: Manage the social media calendar to drive engagement, reach, and conversions. Track KPIs like engagement rate, CTR, and audience growth to optimize content performance.
  • Leverage Customer Communities: Build and nurture online and offline customer communities to drive product advocacy, word-of-mouth referrals, and repeat sales. Utilize community insights to enhance customer experience and engagement initiatives.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Establish partnerships with influencers on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, measuring ROI through referral traffic, UGC, and conversion metrics.
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate brand photo and video shoots with creative agencies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and assessing performance based on asset engagement and conversions.
  • Retail & Offline Marketing: Work with the design team to create data-backed offline marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and driving optimal in-store conversions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data across all channels to identify trends, measure campaign success, and optimize future strategies. Present actionable insights to senior management for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, B.Tech, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a marketing role, with a focus on consumer products or retail.
  • Proven expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
