1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Develop and refine the overall brand strategy to drive awareness, credibility, and market leadership for the products.
• Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.
2. Creative Ideation & Campaign Development
• Lead the creative development process from ideation to execution across all marketing channels (digital, social, print, events, and more).
• Develop innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience
• Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to produce compelling creative assets.
3. Digital Marketing & Omni-Channel Brand Building
• Own the digital marketing strategy and execution across all channels including D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce, and Retail.
• Develop and execute digital campaigns that drive customer acquisition and brand building, using SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Analyze performance metrics across digital channels and adjust strategies to optimize
4. ROI (in partnership with the performance marketing team)
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
5. End-to-End Execution & Innovation
• Oversee the planning, execution, and performance measurement of all marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely delivery and consistent quality of all marketing projects while managing budgets and resources.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and R&D teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
• Provide regular updates and insights on campaign performance to the leadership team.
7. Analytics & Reporting
• Develop and implement key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Present regular reports on campaign performance, market insights, and new opportunities to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience:
o 5-10 years of progressive marketing experience with a strong track record in brand strategy, digital marketing, creative campaign development, and new product innovation.
o Experience in consumer products, FMCG, health & wellness, or nutrition sectors is highly desirable.
o Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and working with external creative agencies.
o Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing across eCommerce platforms (D2C, Amazon, Flipkart, Q-commerce) and Retail environments.
