This legacy wellness brand is building a modern ecosystem around traditional health sciences. Its offerings span over products, wellness centres, retreats, and digital services—blending classical knowledge with contemporary consumer needs. Now entering a high-growth phase with upcoming funding, the company is expanding its marketing team with purpose-driven, cross-functional professionals. They are looking for candidates passionate about holistic wellness, eager to take ownership, and excited to shape the future of a trusted, mission-led brand.

The brand is looking out for a data-driven and digitally savvy Marketing Manager to drive growth, performance, and visibility for the product and service verticals. This role is focused on campaign execution, customer acquisition, digital marketing, and channel performance. You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution — planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across online and offline platforms.

You’ll collaborate closely with Brand, Content, Product, E-commerce, Tech, and Clinic teams, ensuring our offerings reach the right audience with the right message at the right time. Strong program management skills are essential, as you'll be coordinating efforts across content, tech, and offline experiences like AyurvedaGram and physical clinics.

You will also be responsible for marketing metrics, reporting, and extracting actionable insights to inform ongoing efforts. This includes setting up marketing tech infrastructure — from analytics and CRM to consumer insights tools — to support smarter decision-making. The role demands meticulous quarterly and monthly planning, as well as effective stakeholder management across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or Ayurvedic categories.
  • Experience in managing budgets and optimizing spends for ROI.
  • Understanding of performance creative strategy and user journey mapping.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools and campaign reporting dashboards.
