We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Lead to drive and scale its presence across online marketplaces, with a core focus on Amazon and Flipkart. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee all aspects of marketplace management, including Amazon PPC, inventory planning, content optimization, catalog management, pricing strategies, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-commerce operations and a data-driven approach to scaling revenue while maintaining profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms to meet revenue and profitability targets.
  • Amazon PPC & Performance Marketing: Oversee advertising campaigns on Amazon (PPC) and other marketplaces, ensuring optimal ROAS and budget allocation.
  • Inventory & Operations Management: Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure stock availability, demand forecasting, and inventory health.
  • Catalog & Content Optimization: Work with designers and content teams to optimize product listings, images, A+ content, SEO, and brand presence on marketplaces.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Monitor sales trends, analyze competition, and leverage data-driven insights to drive decision-making and maximize revenue.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align marketplace strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience managing Amazon and other marketplaces, ideally in the consumer products category.
  • Expertise in Amazon PPC, DSP, and marketplace growth strategies.
  • Strong data analysis and performance marketing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with catalog, inventory, pricing, and listing optimization.
  • Ability to scale an e-commerce business with a structured approach.
