Challenges:
- Noticeable negative sentiment about the brand across platforms like Reddit, creating trust barriers for prospective learners
- Lack of structured approach to Online Reputation Management (ORM) and sentiment improvement
- Need to position the brand as an empowering voice in conversations around upskilling, AI, and emerging technologies
- Explore how the brand can engage in these conversations effectively, generate organic traffic, and ultimately drive quality leads from Reddit
Brief Requirements:
The agency partner is expected to:
- Design and execute an ORM strategy to address negative sentiment and build long-term trust & authority
- Prioritise Reddit as a key channel for community engagement, reputation management, and lead generation (secondary)
- Develop a roadmap for content participation in Reddit discussions (AI, agentic AI, upskilling, etc.)
- Showcase expertise in reputation repair, crisis management, and organic community-led growth
- Share processes, case studies, and prior success stories in ORM and Reddit community building
Agency Requirements:
- Proven expertise in ORM, particularly addressing negative sentiment across Google and Reddit
- Strong track record of managing community engagement on Reddit (preferred)
- Ability to integrate ORM with brand-building and lead-generation goals
- Must provide detailed process documentation, success case studies, and measurable frameworks for impact
- Prior experience with US ed-tech market
