  • Noticeable negative sentiment about the brand across platforms like Reddit, creating trust barriers for prospective learners
  • Lack of structured approach to Online Reputation Management (ORM) and sentiment improvement
  • Need to position the brand as an empowering voice in conversations around upskilling, AI, and emerging technologies
  • Explore how the brand can engage in these conversations effectively, generate organic traffic, and ultimately drive quality leads from Reddit

Brief Requirements:
The agency partner is expected to:

Agency Requirements:

  • Strong track record of managing community engagement on Reddit (preferred)
  • Ability to integrate ORM with brand-building and lead-generation goals
  • Must provide detailed process documentation, success case studies, and measurable frameworks for impact
  • Prior experience with US ed-tech market
