Overview:

A brand-new B2B SaaS platform gives creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses everything they need to take their businesses online - a website, professional email address, and domain name that matches their brand, set up in minutes with the power of AI. They're looking to partner with a nimble and strategic performance marketing agency to drive growth.

Brief Requirements:

The brand seeks a performance marketing agency to:

  • Lead strategy and execution across paid acquisition channels
  • Identify and test new paid growth opportunities
  • Build a creative and messaging strategy that improves conversion.
  • Deliver measurable efficiency: aiming for a 3:1 LTV/CAC and 1-year payback
  • Act as a true extension of the internal growth team
Current Channels:
  • Google Search Ads
  • Google Performance Max
  • Meta Ads (including remarketing)
  • LinkedIn
  • Influencer activations
New Channels to Explore:
  • YouTube Ads
  • Programmatic / Display
  • App store acquisition campaigns
  • Affiliate and partnership marketing
Spends & Targets:
  • Current annual spend: ~$700,000 with 1-year ROS of 50%
  • Target: Scale efficiently while improving or maintaining ROAS
  • Goal: Build one of the most efficient and scalable paid acquisition engines in SaaS
Brand's Business Goals & Economics:
  • A subscription based SaaS product where the LTV averages $60-$70/paid customer, with a 1-year cash/customer of $20
  • Present in developed markets globally (US, UK, Canada, Australia and some European countries)
  • Acquires customers through a combination of organic acquisition motions (content marketing & SEO, GEO and video content) and paid motions (Google Search, Pmax, Meta Ads)
  • Goal as a business is to accomplish a 3:1 LTV/CAC ratio and a 1 year return on spend blended across all channels.
Agency Requirements:
  • Boutique setup with senior, hands-on involvement
  • Proven strong experience in B2B SaaS growth and performance marketing
  • Ability to blend data-driven optimization with creative testing
  • Proactive collaboration with internal brand, product, and data teams
  • Innovative and experimental mindset to test new channels and creative formats
Scope of Work:
  • Strategy and execution across all paid acquisition channels
  • Channel expansion testing (e.g., new paid social, programmatic, or partnerships)
  • Ongoing campaign optimization for performance
  • Creative testing and performance feedback loops. Reporting, insights, and forecasting
  • Collaboration with ternal brand, product, and data teams
Agency Fee Models:
  • Fixed retainer fee / x% of ad spend (whichever is higher)

OR

  • Fixed retainer fee success-based bonuses (completely depends on overall CAC being under the brand's target)
