Refer & Earn!We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to drive full-funnel digital growth across D2C, marketplace, and service verticals. This is a strategic execution role where you’ll work hands-on across Amazon, Meta, and other key ad platforms, lead campaign development, track performance metrics, build internal capabilities, and help shape the entire marketing growth stack.
The ideal candidate is a generalist with strong problem-solving skills, capable of navigating varied categories across products and services. They should have high ownership, thrive in autonomous work environments, and be comfortable managing budgets, growth strategy, and execution independently. Experience across both D2C and marketplaces is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute performance campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, Amazon Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Build full-funnel campaigns for product sales, clinic lead generation, and education programs — ensuring CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets are met.
- Develop and test campaign hypotheses, creatives, targeting strategies, and landing page experiences.
Growth Experiments & Optimization
- Design and run A/B tests across creatives, CTAs, audiences, and offers.
- Constantly identify new growth opportunities — across ad platforms, channels (email/SMS/WhatsApp), influencer-led performance, and affiliate partnerships.
Reporting, Budgeting & Analytics
- Own weekly/monthly dashboards and performance reports; present learnings and recommendations to leadership.
- Optimize spend across channels while maximizing ROI — with a deep understanding of attribution models, funnel drop-offs, and customer lifetime value.
- Forecast performance and scale budgets based on business goals.
D2C & Marketplace Growth
- Partner with ecommerce and marketplace teams to drive traffic and conversions via D2C website, Amazon, Flipkart, and other channels.
- Work on CRO initiatives, retargeting flows, and funnel personalization with tech/CRM teams.
Who You Are
- 4–5 years of deep hands-on experience managing performance marketing for a consumer brand (D2C, health, wellness, beauty, or FMCG preferred).
- Proven success in managing large digital budgets and scaling campaigns profitably.
- Highly skilled in campaign setup and management across Meta, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.
- Analytical thinker with advanced skills in Excel, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, and attribution platforms (like Triple Whale, Mixpanel, or similar).
- Can operate independently, solve problems on the go, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Ayurvedic/wellness/D2C brands is a big plus.
- Exposure to email/SMS/CRM tools like Klaviyo, Hubspot, or CleverTap.
- Comfort working in cross-functional settings (design, tech, brand, product).
