What You'll Do:
- Lead go-to-market planning for new features, products, and initiatives
- Collaborate across product, growth, engineering, and creative teams
- Drive performance-led user acquisition and retention campaigns
- Translate business goals into compelling marketing strategies
- Optimize conversion funnels using data, user behavior, and analytics
- Manage campaign planning, execution, and post-analysis
- Identify monetization and partnership growth opportunities
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor intelligence
What You Bring:
- 4–8 years in product marketing, growth, or performance marketing roles
- Experience working in a fast-paced fintech, digital payments, or startup environment
- Strong grasp of GTM strategy, customer insights, and lifecycle marketing
- Proficiency with data tools and marketing automation platforms
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute swiftly

- Prior experience in high-volume transaction products

- Hands-on with AdTech tools and partnership-led growth
