About the role
We’re looking for a performance marketer with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads to drive customer acquisition and growth. You’ll manage high-budget campaigns, optimize performance through testing and analytics, and craft compelling creative strategies in collaboration with design teams. This role calls for someone data-driven, creative, and comfortable solving complex problems in a fast-moving startup environment.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Facebook Ads campaign management.
2. Educational Background: Btech/ BCA from Tier 1 institution (IIT, NIT, DTU or equivalent).
3. Self-driven and a strong bias for action, fitment in startup culture.
4. In-depth knowledge of the Paid Marketing ecosystem, attribution models, and segmentation/App campaigns
5. Budget Management: Proven track record of running campaigns with budgets of ₹10 Lakh+ per month in sales campaigns.
6. Hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Mixpanel & other tools like Looker Studio, AppsFlyer.
7. Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze large sets of data and derive actionable insights.
8. Certifications: Facebook Ads, GA4 & Mix panel certification
9. Creativity: Ability to craft engaging ad copy and create testing strategies to improve results.
10. Someone who can manage complexity and is good at problem solving with a first-principles approach.
11. Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, pixel tracking, and ad attribution models.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Campaign Strategy & Management: Plan, create, and execute effective strategies on Meta Ads.
2. Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, quality scores) and meet KPIs.
3. Creative Strategy & Execution: Develop compelling marketing communication tailored for Meta Ads, collaborating with design teams to deliver timely, visually effective creatives using AI tools where applicable.
4. Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Singular, and other relevant platforms.
5. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and other elements to continually enhance campaign performance.
6. Market Research: Stay up to date with SEM trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Analyze user journeys to identify funnel drop-offs and work on initiatives to optimize the flow for higher conversions.
