About the Role
The brand is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to act as the visual anchor for their growing team. You will lead the charge in defining how the brand looks and feels across every touchpoint—from Instagram feeds to salon pop-ups. This is a role for a designer who understands that "premium" is in the details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual Stewardship: Set and uphold the visual identity and design language for the brand, ensuring it remains aspirational yet accessible.
- Identity Ownership: Lead and own the graphic design identity across all channels—digital, social, and offline collaterals.
- Team Mentorship: Review and guide the work of junior designers to ensure premium output, consistency, and professional growth within the team.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and product teams to translate marketing briefs into high-impact visuals that drive engagement and brand recall.
- Trend Leadership: Stay consistently updated on design, beauty, and culture trends to keep the brand visually ahead of the curve.
Who You Are
- Experience: 5–6 years of experience in art direction or graphic design, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Beauty, Fashion, or Luxury Lifestyle.
- Portfolio: A strong body of work demonstrating expertise across campaigns, comprehensive brand systems, and digital storytelling.
- Design Fundamentals: Excellent command of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Premium Sensibility: Sharp attention to detail and strong aesthetic judgment—you know how to elevate a simple visual into something "luxury."
- Leadership: Experience leading a design team or working effectively within cross-functional creative squads.
- Tools: High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with motion or video tools is a major plus.
