Overview:
One of India’s largest AI-powered platform for women's career growth is looking for a social media agency to build a powerful and engaging social media presence that goes beyond hygiene posting and drives conversation, connection, and community. The goal is to make their social media platforms vibrant destinations for career inspiration, learning, and relatable storytelling, while directly supporting session participation, follower growth, and platform engagement.
Current Challenge / Pain Point:
While the brand has built a strong base of followers, deep engagement remains limited. Their social media presence needs to move from informative to engagement-led.
Platforms:
- Primary Platforms: Instagram & YouTube
- Secondary Platform: LinkedIn
Key Deliverables:
1) Strategy & Planning
- Develop a monthly content strategy and campaign calendar aligned with the brand's priorities, goals, and platform trends
- Present fresh, insight-driven social ideas that go beyond static posting and help themown the narrative around women’s careers and earning journeys
- Identify and leverage viral and relevant trends (especially on Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts) to drive visibility and engagement
- Define clear goals for growth and engagement, with tangible milestones
2) Content Creation
- Develop high-quality short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories) around:
- Expert sessions and key takeaways
- Women’s real career stories
- Workplace insights, challenges, and humour
- Topical and trend-based narratives that spark conversation
- Suggest creative experiments and new content series ideas (Reference - LinkedIn's IG Page)
3) Social Media Management
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and active community engagement
- Build real conversations - reply, comment, and interact in a way that strengthens trust and personality
- Track and recommend trending sounds, formats, and challenges they can tap into while staying relevant to its mission
- Use analytics and insights to iterate content styles and posting strategies
4) Campaigns
- Conceptualise and execute social media campaigns to: Drive awareness and sign-ups for sessions; celebrate women’s achievements and leadership journeys highlight partnerships, milestones, and key brand moments
- Support paid amplification of high-performing or strategic posts
5) Analytics & Reporting
Monthly analytics dashboard covering:
- Reach, engagement rate, and follower/subscriber growth
- Content performance by format (Reels, carousels, videos)
- Sentiment and conversation trends
- Identify top-performing themes and improvement areas
- Provide actionable recommendations for the next month’s plan
Agency Requirements:
- Demonstrate expertise in trend-led, video-first content
- Bring creative agility and strong storytelling instincts
- Deliver consistent growth with benchmarks
- Preference to agencied based in Bengaluru
