Overview:
A wellness-focused D2C startup in the US is looking for a nimble social media agency that can help build it from the ground up. Rooted in mindfulness, intentional living, and habit design, the brand is developing a flagship product kit out of India.
The founder, based in California is seeking a collaborative agency that can take ownership of organic social and performance and help shape the brand's visual and narrative identity.
Agency Requirements:
Ideal agency partners should:
- Be fluent in building early-stage consumer startup brands via organic-first strategies (especially on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest)
- Have a strong experience working with US-based B2C product brands on social media/performance marketing/content marketing
- Be comfortable hiring or collaborating with a US-based freelancer to shoot video content and represent the brand visually
- Help upgrade the brand’s digital look & feel, including input on premium visuals, tone of voice, and social-first storytelling
- Create 4-5 static posts a week, 2 reels a week, and 2-3 UGC video posts a month (additional $100-400 per UGC video)
- Support influencer/creator collaborations for UGC and unboxing (budgets TBD)
Key Challenges & Expectations:
- Creating a cohesive social identity that blends a premium lifestyle with an approachable tone
- Bringing strategic depth in positioning a wellness brand as the authority in intentional living lifestyle space
- Prioritizing iterative, fast-turnaround content and feedback cycles
- Deep understanding of brand psychology and identity-based marketing
- Aligning brand visuals and messaging with 2025-forward content trends
Timeline & Logistics:
- The founder is ready to kick off conversations immediately and can meet select agencies in India in early July
- Open to agencies across India, with a preference for Mumbai or Bangalore-based teams who understand global brand building
