A new-age energy drink brand powered by Yerba Mate is looking for a Fractional Social Media & Content Creator to help shape how the brand looks, feels, and speaks as it takes on an outdated energy industry in India.

Brief Requirements:
The fractional talent will:

1. Lead the brand’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram)
2. Create visually arresting, scroll-stopping content (posts, reels, carousels, story templates)
3. Deliver 4 posts every week (mix of static & video)
4. Oversee content production - from concept and scripting to shoots and post-production
5. Spot trends early and experiment with creative formats that resonate with Gen Z and early adopters
6. Maintain brand consistency through sharp design, storytelling, and tone of voice

Skills & Tools:

• Strong sense of visual design, storytelling, and social media aesthetics
• Hands-on experience with video editing, transitions, and motion effects
• Comfortable ideating, scripting, and managing shoots
• Experience with content creation tools

Talent Requirements:

• Based in or available to work from Delhi / Delhi NCR (preferred)
• Prior experience with youth or lifestyle brands is a plus
• Available in a fractional capacity (part-time / project-based) with flexibility to scale involvement
