Social Media & Content Strategist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Social Media & Content Strategist to lead our brand partner's online presence and drive impactful engagement across social platforms. This role goes beyond content creation, involving the strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis of social media campaigns to build our brand’s visibility, strengthen our community, and drive audience interaction. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting compelling content, developing platform-specific strategies, and managing influencer partnerships to expand our reach authentically. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a passion for storytelling, an eye for emerging trends, and experience in building mutually beneficial relationships with influencers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy that aligns with brand goals. Tailor content plans for each platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok), optimizing posting schedules, formats, and engagement tactics to maximize reach and relevance.
- Content Creation & Curation: Produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. Coordinate with the creative team for graphics, video, and other visual content, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing feed.
- Influencer Marketing & Collaboration Management: Identify and foster relationships with key influencers and content creators who align with our brand values. Oversee all aspects of influencer collaborations, from negotiation to content approvals, and ensure campaign deliverables are met to drive brand awareness and credibility.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with our audience across social platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Cultivate a sense of community, encouraging user-generated content, brand advocacy, and organic conversation.
- Trend Monitoring & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with platform trends, emerging content formats, and competitor strategies. Bring fresh, on-trend ideas to our content strategy and identify opportunities to differentiate our brand.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of content and campaigns. Generate regular reports to measure growth, engagement, and reach, using data insights to refine strategies and improve results.
Experience Range Required :
3–5 years of experience in a creative agency working with D2C or B2C clients, or in a content and social media strategy role focused on D2C/B2C brands
