We’re hiring for a leading consumer tech platform (currently pre-IPO), at the intersection of culture, connection, and technology. As they prepare for our next stage of growth, they’re seeking a visionary marketing leader to help them tell their story—boldly, authentically, and at scale.

The Opportunity

This role is more than a job—it’s a chance to define how one of India’s most trusted consumer brands shows up in the world. You’ll lead the full marketing charter: Brand, Performance, and Social. From emotionally resonant storytelling to ROI-driven performance, you’ll operate at the sweet spot of creativity and commercial impact.

What You’ll Own

  • Brand narratives that reflect cultural depth and emotional relevance
  • Performance marketing across channels—Google, Meta, CRM, and more—with a strong ROI focus
  • Social media strategies that build authentic communities
  • Cultural, category, and consumer insights to drive relevance and resonance
  • End-to-end campaign execution—from creative development to go-to-market
  • A high-performing team that’s ready to disrupt and grow

What You Bring

  • 8–12 years of experience in consumer/tech/D2C marketing
  • Proven expertise in ATL, BTL, digital, and social campaigns
  • Managed annual marketing budgets of ₹50–100 Cr+
  • Strong track record of linking creative efforts to business results
  • Experience in dynamic environments—startups, scale-ups, or turnarounds
  • MBA preferred, but grit, humility, and execution matter more
  • Based in or open to relocating to Mumbai
